Marketing Support Specialist

**ContactPoint 360 Inc.** is seeking a customer onboarding specialist for one of North America's largest home improvement franchise platforms, to help successfully onboard new clients onto their platform.

In this role, you will get an opportunity to enable people to become entrepreneurs. You'll understand their requirements, educate them on the franchise platform, and work with internal teams to successfully onboard new franchise business owners.

**Responsibilities**
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role for software products including but not limited to Onboarding, Support, and Customer Service.
- Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Communicate with small business owners to understand their needs and their target audience.
- Educate new clients on using the franchise platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a plan of action for improvement.
- Clear communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate with mínimal supervision in an ambiguous environment by asking questions and offering solutions.
- Provide accurate timelines for project deliveries.
- Manage workflow for both client and internal tasks and milestones.
- Work with the internal team to provide a seamless client transition through the customer journey.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications**:

- An interest in software platforms and technology.
- 2 yrs+ of experience in supporting clients by helping them navigate various tools; Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
- Exceptional organizational skills to identify and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- Effective at working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can identify issues and problem-solve as required
- Ability to adapt to change
- Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work
