**About this role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Will act as a first point of contact for new recruits.
- Coordinates hiring process of new recruits (including but not limited to pre-employment screening, travel, relocation, effective start date, security clearances, and visa coordination).
- Maintains new employee files and HR records, including data entry in to HR systems (SAP), review and audit HR data.
- Updates and maintains applicant tracking system and recruiting files to support future activity.
- Complies with all applicable company standards and policies.
- Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives and work on projects
- Will be responsible to run quarterly reports to better understand recruiting pattern and assist in strategies initiative.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
- Need to meet and align with Key Performance Indicator(s) of the team and organization

**Requirements**:

- Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial engineering or related background
- Advance English is required
- Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Administrative skills
- Key competencies and behaviors
- Excellent Oral and written communications
- Strong analytical skills and Attention to detail
