**DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST**

**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement marketing campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing techniques and trends in an agency setup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and budgets.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and relevant online presence.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings.
- A/B test campaigns to optimize performance and reach key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to assess ROI and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and grow the company's social media profiles by creating and curating engaging content.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build a loyal online community.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar education background.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh marketing ideas.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to work well with a team & independently
- Self-motivated and with a positive attitude

- Can work in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment

**Skills and Expertise**:

- Expertise in Bing ads, mail chimp, Facebook ads, All types of Google ads, and google analytics, search console, tag manager etc.
- Basic understanding of coding languages used when implementing marketing strategies and conducting search engine optimization.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Bing, Pinterest, SnapChat, TikTok, and Twitter.
- 6+ years of experience in a comparable position or function
- Knowledge of AI
- Proven track record of profitable growth initiatives
- Knowledge of marketing automation and paid advertising.
- Agency experience would be a plus.

**Salary**: From $6,000,000 per year
