Our main goal as a team is to address our customers' needs. You will be the first contact with our customers from around the world, ensuring top-quality assistance for our home automation platform and products.
Tech Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical and network issues
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- Process the replacing or repairing of parts if necessary
- Testing, evaluating, and documenting new devices
**Requirements**:
- Minimum completed High School studies
- Advanced English level (B2-C1)
- Technical Orientation
- Basic knowledge of computer, internet, and network usage
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Quick learner, patient, organized, sociable, and a team player
- Availability to work on-site and in shifts between 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
- It’s a plus: Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- It’s a plus: Studies in telecommunications, IT, and/or coding
