As a Technical Support Specialist**,** you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- You will be providing technical support to customers.
- Answering basic to complex questions on functionsrelated to our software products.
- It will be your responsibility to make sure all of the customer’s questionsand concerns are answered in a highly positive, professional, and customer-centric manner.
- Provide them with a fantastic experience. Ourgoal is to WOW the customer on every interaction.

- **Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.
