We are currently hiring a **Personal Injury Case Manager** to support a growing **Ohio-based law firm**. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced personal injury practice and work directly with attorneys and clients.

**Role Overview**

The Case Manager will manage personal injury files from intake through settlement, maintain consistent client communication, coordinate medical treatment records, and ensure cases progress efficiently and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates
- Coordinate medical treatment follow-ups and request medical records and bills
- Track case deadlines and ensure proper documentation is uploaded to the case management system
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims status and documentation
- Prepare case summaries and settlement demand packages
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and case-related tasks
- Ensure accurate data entry and file organization

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** working in personal injury law (required)
- Experience as a **Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal** preferred
- Familiarity with U.S. personal injury workflows and terminology
- Experience using case management systems (Filevine, Clio, Litify, or similar is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
