Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Colombia. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and process optimization in a fast-paced technology and e-commerce environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and manage orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data updates.
- Analyze order data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to solve issues and streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, or Inventory Planning (tech, distribution, or e-commerce preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and WMS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
