The ideal candidate for the People Operations Analyst position is an organized, structured, and disciplined critical thinker seeking a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working on complex and diversified requests that are critical to the long-term success of As a People Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and administrative management of You'll report directly to the HR Head to ensure the efficiency of our processes. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the company's relationship with employees through HR campaigns related to culture and work environment. Strong communication skills, motivation, and comfort in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Location: Bogotá D.C - Hybrid model (with availability to travel).

A typical day as a People Operations Analyst at might include the following:

Recruitment Process: 60%: 

  • Developing the end to end Talent Acquisition process and strategy aligned with 's talent requisitions, while considering the broader objectives of People Operations.

  • Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, incorporating the elements of culture and values into the role requirements.

  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs across various markets, highlighting the unique aspects of 's culture and work environment.

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, social media platforms, and other channels, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

  • Screening resumes and job applications, evaluating candidates not only for their skills but also for their cultural fit.

  • Conducting interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, assessing both technical and cultural competencies.

  • Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, incorporating behavioral and values-based assessments.

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand and align with the company's values and culture.

  • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices, integrating principles of candidate experience and employee engagement.

  • Maintaining relationships with partners, such as universities and suppliers.

  • Assisting with job fairs or in-person recruitment events.

  • Researching salary benchmarks for new positions.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality candidates who are aligned with the company's culture and possess the necessary soft and technical skills.


Administrative Management: 40%

  • Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting & HR reports to the team, including metrics and KPIs.

  • Collaborating with the Finance & Administration department to ensure contractual compliance and alignment with compensation and benefits guidelines.

  • Supporting benefits management and administration, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive and competitive benefits packages.

  • Providing support and resources to employees, promoting a positive work environment, and addressing individual needs with empathy and care.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognizing and celebrating the contributions of our diverse workforce.

  • Coordinating employee training and development sessions, facilitating skill-building opportunities that align with both individual and organizational goals.

  • Assisting in performance management processes, supporting managers and employees in setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.

  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Participating in HR-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellness programs, and employee satisfaction surveys.

  • Ensure compliance and proper documentation under Colombian labor law.

This job might be the right fit for you if you have:

  • Bachelor degree in: Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.

  • +2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement, Colombian Law and Compliance.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage candidate and employee data.

  • G-Suite management.

  • Intermediate English level: B2/C1.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes and tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address recruitment challenges and identify innovative solutions.

  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
