- Constantly revise and update TMS with the carrier, driver, appointment and other relevant information
- Monitor the driver and load during transit until reaching its final destination
- Examine transporters to ensure they meet the requirements and standards
- Search within the database for drivers to assign them to available loads2
- Direct phone contact with existing Carriers and owner Operators within our database.
- Knowledge and experience with the major Load Boards
- Ability to negotiate favorable rates for available equipment
- Dispatch and proactively follow through on every live load to ensure Pick-Ups are made in a timely manner
- Proactively communicate with Sales and Customer Representative team members

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

**Requirements and qualifications**
- Work experience: Minimum1 year of experience in a similar position
- Languages; English B2 or C1 & Spanish
- Able to work in person in our office in El Poblado

**Desirable**
