Maxar is seeking a Sales Manager to operate in a remote role located in Colombia as a contributor to the Latin-America (LATAM) sales team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree- Demonstrated sales development experience- Knowledge of the earth observation industry and awareness of cloud technologies preferred-
- Fluent in Spanish and English
This role will be responsible for generating new business in strategic focus areas across Latin America as part of a fast-paced, high-growth Americas Sales team.
We are looking for an experienced individual that has the market and customer research skills to develop and continuously update a strategic sales development plan across markets in Latin America. A key skill for success in this role is the persistence required to execute on this plan and generate leads and a qualified pipeline for in-country reps and partners to close.
**Responsibilities**:
- Travel occasionally within the Americas to regional events/relationship-building opportunities-
- Hunt, prospect, and qualify leads- Build and advance pipeline in the region- Define and communicate marketing support requests to the Americas regional marketing team- Effectively pass leads to in-territory reps—and follow up on pipeline progression- Strategically build relationships with partners and end customers
