**About the Role**:
We’re a home services marketing company hiring a content writer who understands plumbing, HVAC, electrical services, and more. This hire should be adept at using AI tools like Jasper to create high-quality, conversion focused content at scale.

This role blends industry knowledge, SEO writing, and prompt engineering. You’ll write and optimize service pages, blogs, and supporting content for existing clients and new client launches while using AI to move faster but still maintaining accuracy, trust, and a human tone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the content plan and generation of service pages, location pages, blogs, and FAQs for home services brands across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and related trades
- Use Jasper.ai (or similar) and own the creation of AI prompts to accelerate content production while maintaining accuracy, trust, and a human tone.
- Edit, proof-read, fact-check, and humanize AI-generated output to ensure quality and brand consistency across all clients.
- Optimize content for local SEO, GEO, search intent, and lead gen.
- Fulfill content requests within set deadlines and troubleshoot issues in coordination with account managers and other internal teams.
- Conduct ongoing research into AI tools, prompt techniques, and workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
- Create prompt libraries, content processes, and best practices to support team training and adoption.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in content writing, SEO, digital marketing, and prompt engineering, preferably in home services, trades, or local service businesses
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Can work proactively and independently while coordinating across teams

**Nice to have**:

- Comfortable working in WordPress, Asana, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets
- Self-starter who can run with projects without constant direction
- Systems thinking approach, looking for ways to streamline and connect workflows
- Genuinely interested in using AI and technology to work more efficiently
- Results-oriented while learning from what works, and iterates
