As a **Customer Care Specialist,** you will specialize in assisting daily callers with anything related to their procedures at the clinics. Through inbound or outbound contacts, you will provide a top-notch experience while providing empathy to our patients making sure their experience goes as smoothly as possible.

**What You'll Do**
- Coordinating and scheduling new patient appointments according to doctors' schedules
- Importing and managing records for new and existing patients
- Obtaining necessary medical record information from referring providers to complete the new patient process.
- Follow up with patients for their existing and upcoming appointments
- Assigning documents such as orders, operation notes, consents, outside records, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems within the electronic medical record
- Documenting work processes as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader/managers.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Strong spoken and written English C1+
- 1+ Years of Experience in customer service in the healthcare industry
- Experience as a new patient coordinator is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Highly detail-oriented.
