**About the Roles**
**1. Care Coordinator**
We are looking for a Care Coordinator to ensure timely, organized, and effective medical care for patients. In this role, you’ll be the key connection between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies—ensuring every process runs smoothly and compassionately.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, and authorizations.
- Serve as the primary liaison among patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
- Track and follow up on patient progress and outstanding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational protocols.
**Requirements**:
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Comfort with EMRs or healthcare-related platforms.
**2. Collections Specialist**
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage and follow up on outstanding accounts, ensuring timely payment and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Contact clients regarding overdue balances and arrange payment plans.
- Record and update collection activity in the system.
- Prepare reports on account status and recovery progress.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate payment tracking.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- Experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or other tracking tools.
