**We are searching the best talent for Continuous Improvement Specialist to be in Bogotá, Colombia.**

**Purpose**:The Continuous Improvement Specialist is a key player in the Digital Transformation of Deliver organization, being responsible for understanding end-to-end Customer Service processes, analyzing operational, market and commercial data, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and translating this into insights and driving continuous improvement through SLA's, process efficiencies, cost reduction, or other organizational requirements. Also communicating the improvements to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and visual way.**:
**Provide Technical support for all customer connectivity platforms through SFDC, Genesys, EDI services, JJCC Portal, as well as monitoring supplier services EDI contracts.**:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Works close to regional and global key stakeholders process owners to support projects, root causes and data analysis for continuous improvements, and prioritization as the business required.
- Lead and implement new developments of connectivity tools with new technologies available for process automation (macros, RPA, OCR, ML)
- Participate in cross-functional collaborations with internal and external teams [IT, Supply Chain, Finance, other]
- Use project management tools and established metrics to drive execution of improvement and process excellence projects.
- Influence key stakeholders to support organizational change through excellent communication skills.
- Technical support for all platforms to connect customers through SFDC, Genesys, EDI services, JJCC Portal.
- Database administration (SAP BtB, SAP Project One, Salesforce, IC Business Manager).
- Contribute with creative and innovative ideas to advance the maturity of Customer Solutions team LATAM and be a benchmark for other regions.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain/ Operations Management/ Computer Science / Engineering / Statistics.
- Depth of knowledge of project management and communications skills to lead by influence.
- 4 years of confirmed experience driven continuous improvement projects in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, Genesys, web Portal new enhancements project management.
- Confirmed experience driven technology projects based on project methodologies as PMP, Agile, Design Thinking, Scrum, Six Sigma.
- Ability to transform data-analysis into practical insights with tangible outcomes. Predict trends facilitating the process of long-term planning and avoiding issues happening.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment [Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Python language]
- Capable of achieving results in a highly matrixed and global environment. Comfortable leading with ambiguity and rapidly shifting business conditions
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, able to effectively communicate insights from data with both colleagues and executives.
- Ability to work with a wide range of cross-functional teams [Regional/ Global], such warehouse and transportation, customer services, international trade, compliance, process excellence, engineering, IT, and finance.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills with a consistent awareness to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Depth of knowledge in analytics including data management and visualization tools, data engineering, data science.
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills; multi-task, problem solve, prioritize.
- Financial literacy is a plus
- Fluency in English.
- Portuguese proficiency is as plus.
