Johnson & Johnson is currently mapping for a **R2P Continuous Improvement and Quality Lead LATAM **located in **Bogota, Colombia.**

You will be responsible for providing technical and project management expertise in the areas of Global Service Procurement, including Requisition, Payment, Sourcing, Service Support design activities. It is primarily responsible for the facilitation of Project Management Organization (PMO) governance forums, reporting, new process improvement projects, and ensure flawless implementation of local, regional and global initiatives. It should be the focal point of contact for Projects or request from the different areas, ensuring accurate validation and alignment with the other GSP functions. The Project Lead will maintain cross-functional project plans, team reports, communications, change management and resource management support to ensure the completion of deliverables balanced for quality and timeliness.

This role will be the contact point and first level escalation for the audit/compliance requests. It should ensure and support the appropriate controls are performed in the different part of the process, raised alerts, craft preventive and corrective plans and ensure monitoring. This individual also identifies deficiencies and areas for improvement and coordinates with partners to strategize those remediation methods and timelines to complete commitments. It should support compliance audits, providing support for Req-to-Pay related Sarbanes-Oxley testing & reporting obligations, supplier risk & fraud management support, performing Escheat/Unclaimed Property process coordination and compliance reporting support (where applicable).

The R2P Continuous Improvement and Quality Lead LATAM will consolidate and ensure the data management for the E2E R2P process, ensuring consistency and accuracy. It is accountable for organizing, maintaining, and directing all reporting activities and functions. It monitors the preparation and distribution of timely and accurate operating data and analysis for both internal management and external users. Compiles data for managerial reports as required. It supports the analysis and interpretation of results and suggest changes or improvement based on data. It monitors and facilitates month-end and year end close activities.

The R2P Continuous Improvement and Quality Lead LATAM will have responsibility for managing a group of Specialists. This will include (but not limited to) standard HR and talent responsibilities (i.e. performance management, succession planning, organizational assessments) as well as the increasing the skill set of the role. (i.e. training, performance development).

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, accounting or related field is required
- +5 years Knowledge of Procurement processes(Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing, Payments), project management and systems (Ariba, SAP, other ERP etc.)
- English Language proficiency is a must, Portuguese language domain is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years people or project management experience is highly desirable
- Experience in shared service center experience is desired
- Six Sigma Black and/or Green Belt or PMP is preferred
- Demonstrated effectively working remotely with business partners
- Excellent interpersonal, Customer Service and negotiating skills are preferred
