**Introduction**:
Local Traders is a rapidly expanding P2P Crypto Exchange based in South America. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement to fuel the growth and success of our platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and onboard new users to the Local Traders platform.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, increase conversion rates, and improve user engagement.
- Implement and manage user segmentation strategies for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product updates and developments.
- Leverage analytics and A/B testing to optimize user onboarding and conversion funnels.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience with managing and optimizing social media campaigns across different platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- A passion for the crypto industry and knowledge of blockchain technologies.

**Good to have**:

- Previous experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and referral programs.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
