As a Back-Office Analyst, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.
**Some of your responsibilities will be**:
- Support the company's accounting process.
- Process invoices, perform data entry and clean errors on the data to proceed with billing and operational processes.
- Confirm that scanned paperwork, pictures, and documentation are attached to each dock receipt, booking and bill of lading.
- Support the attention to the different areas of the company that request information.
- Maintain knowledge of changing tariffs, tariff rates, contracts, and special rates.
**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed in this role**:
- Studies: High School Degree or desirable Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Administrative career-related, or any other career. if you are a student looking for a job or if you are looking for a company to do your internship you can also apply.
- Language: At least B2+ or C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally.
- Desirable experience in administrative related fields or customer service.
- Accounting skills, administrative and management skills, and very good communication skills.
**As part of our family, you'll have access to**:
- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- Competitive Salary ($ 2'200.000 COP) + Benefits (Benefits (Gym membership, nutrition plan, health plan, and other related).
- Undefined term contract.
- On-site at Medellín.
