**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The **Senior Specialist, Payment Operations **is responsible for supporting the processing of Controls and related activities. Additionally, this individual is involved in providing recommendations on how to improve processes or change the performance results directly relating to payment Controls processing and supporting activities. As recommendations are approved, the incumbent plays a role in implementing the processes.

**RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS**
- Adheres to Privacy Policy, Code of Ethics and follows all policies and procedures relative to Consumer Compliance laws and regulators and best practice recommendations
- Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Reports issues of concern or matters of potential loss to Manager - along with possible solution
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert within his/her process
- Supports processing of payment transactions and related activities

**EDUCATION -**

Bachelor’s Degree; in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience

**WORK EXPERIENCE -**

3-5 years; Experience in Wire Operations and Management.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, percentages, and volume
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written with customers, team, and management
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL or Microsoft Access is a plus
