**How you will contribute**

You will conduct innovative pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept. Working with other Mondelēz teams, you will get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue. In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups and building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases and lead end-to-end product management activities after the proof of concept has been successfully adopted.

**You will**:

- 'Lead operational governance for Digitalization roadmap CS&L, establish performance metrics, engaging with market teams, suppliers and MDS.
- Drive continuous improvement in E2E CS&L processes to enhance service, capacity, business continuity and generate productivity.
- Develop E2E logistics digital capability roadmap, qualifying functional capabilities, completing fit/gap analysis to marker business needs and developing business case to justify investments.
- Lead data analysis to deliver business insights to CL&L workstreams including lead time performance, detentions and demurrage management etc.
- Work closely with the CS&L Workstreams, Mds & Capabilities LA, to ensure compliance to standardized processes.
- Ensure capability mastery and adoption of best practices across CS&Lcommunity.

**More About This Role**
- Bachelor's degree-required, master's Preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Logistics areas and related with digitalization.
- Advanced English level.
- Proven experience Logistic roles, with detailed knowledge of systems
- Proven abilities implementing logistics digital enablers including TMS, WMS, visibility tools and modeling tools.
- Strong analytical abilities to work with large datasets and develop CS&L insights.
- Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation, communication, influencing and motivational skills.
