**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop high-quality, responsive websites using WordPress and builders like Elementor.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to ensure web design aligns with client goals.
- Optimize website performance and user experience across devices.
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure website functionality, speed, and accessibility.
- Manage website updates, plugins, and overall security.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and improve overall user interface.
- Analyze user feedback and data to continually enhance website performance.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design and WordPress development.
- Proficiency in WordPress builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- **C1 level English proficiency (or equivalent),** both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail with a portfolio showcasing web design and UX/UI projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

**Portfolio Required for Interview**:
Please include a link to your portfolio showcasing recent work in WordPress development and UX/UI design.
