We are searching the best talent for** EHS MANAGER **to be in** Cali.**

**Purpose**:Reporting to the EHS LatAm Director, the EHS Manager will lead EHS base business operations for Cali site. Aiming to promote and support a sustainable EHS culture, this position has the following responsibilities:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with site managers to establish and implement EHS Strategy and Management Action Plan (MAP) to deliver EHS excellence in culture, performance, and process improvements
- Execute the EHS strategy, implementing, leading, and accomplishing plans, goals and actions in alignment with EHS global standards and local/regulatory requirements.
- Support development of site EHS budgets within the business and monitor team performance through regular checks and assurance audits.
- Lead and deploy environmental sustainability initiatives in support of established targets.
- Drive strategic improvements which are prioritized from a business perspective.
- Partner with Procurement to provide EHS guidance in the selection process and governance of contractors.
- Support the development of training matrix of company and regulatory requirements, tracking, reporting, and development of educational and awareness campaigns.
- Partner with Occupational Health Professionals to ensure the successful deployment of employee health, well-being and performance programs and resources.
- Identify risks and gaps, define, and drive the adoption of innovative and evidence-based solutions/interventions that impact employee safety on a broad basis including development of compelling business case and influencing Business Leaders and key stakeholders (e.g., IT, Legal, Commercial) to reach alignment and secure funding
- Identify and implement digital solutions that influence the risk perception and the proper behavior of our associates in terms of safety, well-being, and sustainability.

**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:

- A bachelor’s on engineering or similar degree is required.
- Master’s degree in safety engineering.
- Advance knowledge of English.
- Ability for care, engage, connect people promoting atmosphere to deliver high performance results.
- Competence in interfacing with professionals from other areas and different hierarchical levels.
- A minimum of 8 years of business EHS experience and leading team is required.
