Urgent Hiring Callnovo is seeking experienced English-speaking Sales Assistant for a Kid Fashion Show account.

Responsibility:
1. Follow up with potential clients to increase their interest and engagement

2. Manage and update the list of potential clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness

3. Track interactions and report conversion rates using CRM systems

4. Analyze lead generation and conversion data to develop targeted strategies for improving sales efficiency

5. Proactively contact potential clients to inform them about upcoming auditions and events

6. Provide detailed information about processes to clients

7. Facilitate the payment process by providing comprehensive information required by clients

8. Resolve any payment-related queries and ensure smooth transaction processes

9. Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections as needed

**Requirements**:

- Authentic English pronunciation and mindset.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and analyze data.
- Willingness to work independently and proactively.

Working Shift: 1 pm to 9 pm EST Monday to Friday
