Ascot Pierce is hiring ambitious graduates for a commercial, high-energy Sales Consultant position within our international recruitment firm. This is a fast-paced sales role where you’ll learn how to win new business, develop client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

You’ll be trained to sell recruitment solutions to global companies, understand their hiring needs, and work closely with our headhunting team to deliver top-tier talent.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect and engage international companies to introduce Ascot Pierce’s recruitment services

- Pitch and sell bespoke hiring solutions to decision‑makers

- Build long‑term commercial relationships with clients across global markets

- Understand client requirements and collaborate with headhunters to deliver high‑quality shortlists

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

- Provide market insights and position Ascot Pierce as a value‑driven partner

- Track sales activity, KPIs, and revenue targets in a fast‑paced environment

- Become an expert in your assigned industry and market niche

- Have B1–B2+ English and enjoy communicating with people

- Are confident, persuasive, and motivated by achieving targets
