En **Bel Medicina**, clínica líder en medicina estética y bienestar, buscamos un(a) **Customer Experience** apasionado(a) por el servicio al cliente y las ventas, que disfrute acompañar al paciente desde el primer contacto hasta una experiência memorable.

Funciones principales
- Gestionar entre **100 y 120 leads diarios**.
- Atender y guiar mensajes entrantes por **WhatsApp, Instagram y Facebook** hasta lograr una cita confirmada y atendida.
- Escuchar, asesorar y ofrecer el **tratamiento ideal** según las necesidades del paciente.
- Asegurar una **experiência excepcional** antes, durante y después del procedimiento.

**Requisitos**:

- **Mínimo 1 año de experiência** en venta de servicios premium (salud, estética, spa, hotelería 4★ o retail de lujo).
- Pasión genuina por el **bienestar y la estética** (se valora experiência o historia personal de cambio).
- Excelente **redacción y comunicación en español**.
- Alta orientación a resultados, aprendizaje continuo y ambición comercial.

Oferta económica
- **Salario base**: $1.600.000 - $1.800.000 COP
- **Comisiones variables**: desde $500.000 hasta $2.000.000 COP (sin techo)
