You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Design and execute internal communication campaigns focused on culture. Create engaging content (infographics, newsletters, blogs, videos, storytelling). Manage culture measurement tools: surveys, dashboards. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights. Provide operational and administrative support for office projects. Maintain repositories, intranet, and collaboration platforms up to date. Document best practices and lessons learned. Coordinate logistics and communication for cultural activities. Desired Experience And Skills 2–4 years in internal communication, data analysis, marketing, change management, or similar roles. Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (including Forms). Knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, Adobe). Experience facilitating hybrid/virtual sessions (managing rooms with 100 participants). Plus: experience in technology, consulting, or infrastructure service companies.
