**About the Role**: As a Remote Paralegal, you’ll provide essential support through legal research, drafting legal documents, and maintaining organized, up-to-date case files. We’re looking for someone proactive, precise, and committed to delivering high-quality legal assistance in a remote environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents
- Maintain and update case files and legal records
- Communicate clearly and professionally with attorneys and team members
- Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to efficiently manage and update case files and legal records
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
