As a **Carrier Sales Representative,** you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Get trucks to cover loads asigned.
- Negociate with carriers.
- Been able to create and maintain a good business relationship with carriers.
- Been able to prioritize most important/hot loads and try to get a few options for different info about logistics market.
- Make outbound calls to update carrier profiles

**Requirements**:

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree or preffered International Business / Foreign Trade or related degree.
- **Experience**: Bilingual Customer Service experience or related **(love building relationship with customers).**:

- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+, C1 or C2 preferred.

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm depending on time zone (We work by the American calendar).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Place**: Wework SantaFe. **Posibility of working remote on mondays as long as their are good results.**:

- **Salary**: 2.200.000 cop **+ Comissions between $50 - $130 USD + Salary increased $150 USD after reaching 1 year with the company.**
