We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Dispatcher to act as our Client’s first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. In this position, you will be in charge of maintaining call logs, monitoring routes, transferring messages, checking up and assisting drivers, and directing field units.

To excel in this position, you should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you also need to be a critical thinker and also demonstrate superb organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:
Dispatcher

*This is a 5-day work week position

*Working from an office location is required (no remote work)

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field
- units.
- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
- Check and monitor Driver Roster
- Constantly communicate with drivers to ensure deliveries are running smoothly
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
- Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.
- Maintain and update call logs, call records, and other important documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Good English Communication Skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Good understanding of logistics.
- Critical thinker.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Spanish Speaker

**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $3,000,000 per month
