We are currently recruiting a professional and reliable Dispatcher to act as our client’s first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. In this position, you will oversee maintaining call logs, monitoring routes, transferring messages, checking up and assisting drivers and directing field units.

To excel in this position, you should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you also need to be a critical thinker and demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

**Job Details**:

- Schedule: Monday to Sunday from 2:30 pm to 12:00 am. (We work by the American calendar).
- Two days off in a row
- Places: Only for Medellin. This position will be on-site.
- Salary: 2.500.000 COP + Commissions 500.000 COP CAP
- Experience: At least 12 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics.
- Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.
- Excel skills preferred.
- Transport benefit for night shifts.
- Paid training period

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.
- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
- Check and monitor Driver Roster
- Constantly communicate with drivers to ensure deliveries are running smoothly.
- Communicate with Customers as needed.
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
- Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.
- Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Good English Communication Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Good understanding of logistics
- Critical thinker
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work well under pressure.

Nice to have.
- Experience as a dispatcher
- Ability to multitask and give attention to detail. Must be a problem solver.
- Excel skills.
