This is what makes SoftwareOne successful.** As a Digital Sales Team Lead at SoftwareOne, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of digital sales initiatives by coordinating, guiding, and empowering a high-performing sales team. Working under the direction of the Regional Digital Sales Leader for Latin America, you will help ensure that daily operations run smoothly, team members are supported, and goals are achieved. You will drive sales performance with a **strong focus on new logo acquisition**, ensuring the team actively identifies, qualifies, and converts new business opportunities in alignment with our strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - ** Team Leadership & Coaching**: Provide daily support, coaching, and motivation to sales reps; promote best practices and continuous learning. - ** Sales Execution**:Translate strategic objectives into actionable team plans, with a clear focus on pipeline development and new customer acquisition. - ** Account Allocation**: Support effective distribution of accounts and leads based on capacity and strengths. - ** Performance Management**: Track KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide timely, constructive feedback. - ** Escalation Handling**: Act as first-level contact for internal or customer issues, collaborating with other teams for resolution. - ** Onboarding & Culture**: Support the integration of new team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment. - ** Process & Tools**: Promote consistent use of tools and workflows; identify and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency GR-1 **What we need to see from you** **The skills below will make you successful at this job.** The following skills and qualifications will set you up for success in this role: **We would expect you to have as mandatory**: - Proven experience in people management within digital sales environments, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
