Sales Manager (On-Site, Bogotá) — Build & Lead a High-Performance Sales Team Unicorn Moving & Storage • Full-time • Bogotá, Colombia (On-Site Only) About Us Unicorn Moving & Storage is a veteran‑owned, top‑rated moving company with 30+ years of five‑star service in the U.S. We’re building something bigger — and we’re doing it the right way: data, discipline, accountability, and culture . We are opening a Bogotá‑based sales office and are looking for one exceptional Sales Manager to build, lead, and coach our sales team daily, in person . This is not a remote role. This is not a passive reporting role. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who loves metrics, coaching, and winning every single day. This Role Is For You If You: Thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Love daily management, coaching, and accountability Believe sales is a process , not luck Are obsessed with metrics, dashboards, and follow‑up Want to build something from the ground up , not inherit chaos What You’ll Be Doing (Daily): Lead and manage a Bogotá‑based sales team (4–6 reps) in‑office Run daily sales huddles and performance reviews Track and coach to key metrics: Speed‑to‑lead Quote rate (target 70%+) Booking rate (target 40%+) Follow‑up compliance Revenue per rep Review calls, coach live, and fix issues in real time Own the sales dashboard and ensure data accuracy Work closely with ownership to improve conversion, revenue, and team performance Build SOPs, training, and accountability systems from scratch What We’re Looking For (Non‑Negotiable): Proven experience managing a sales team (call center, inside sales, or service‑based sales) Strong understanding of sales KPIs, coaching, and performance management Experience working with U.S.-based customers or companies Comfortable being on‑site, full‑time in Bogotá Highly proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to fix Confident holding people accountable (with respect and clarity) Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience in moving, logistics, home services, or high‑ticket services Experience building or scaling a sales team from zero CRM experience (SmartMoving or similar) Compensation Competitive base salary + strong performance‑based bonuses Earnings are tied directly to team results — we reward performance, not comfort High performers will grow quickly with the company Application Requirement (Mandatory) To be considered, you must complete the Culture Index assessment below.
