**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and send **letters of representation** to insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties.
- Handle **claims management**, including intake, documentation, and follow-up with insurance adjusters.
- Conduct **case liability analysis** to assess the merits and legal standing of claims.
- Request, organize, and maintain **medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation** for case preparation.
- Prepare and submit demand letters to insurance companies and other parties.
- Assist attorneys with **case strategy development** and preparation for negotiations, mediations, and trials.
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer questions about their case status.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Maintain organized and detailed case files using **Filevine** or similar case management software.
- Coordinate with experts, investigators, and other external resources as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of settlement agreements and the distribution of settlement proceeds.
- Review and summarize medical records and other documents for attorney review.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries or reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury case procedures, including claims and liability assessment.
- Proficiency in case management software; **Filevine** experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and insurance processes.
- Paralegal certification or degree in legal studies is preferred.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
