Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Personal Injury Pre Litigation Team Lead. The individual will oversee and manage pre-litigation teams, ensuring legal processes are followed and effectively assisting clients throughout the pre-litigation phase. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, ensuring legal compliance, and consulting on legal matters to support the successful resolution of cases.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and understanding of legal processes related to personal injury cases
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
  • Knowledge of Legal Compliance and Legal Affairs
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and guide pre-litigation teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing team operations
  • Legal education a plus
  • Able to work California Standard hours (Pacific Standard Time)
  • Knowledge of personal injury claims process and medical treatment
  • Prior experience in personal injury law is a strong asset
