**Job Summary**

Drive the adoption of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions within the healthcare provider market in Colombia, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives through agile and efficient sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development**- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the healthcare provider segment (clinics, hospitals, laboratories, etc.).
- Build strong commercial relationships with key contacts in executive and financial roles within healthcare institutions.

**Sales Process Management**- Execute sales strategies focused on short decision-making and closing cycles.
- Present RCM solutions clearly, highlighting their added value for clients.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals tailored to each client’s specific needs.

**Networking and Relationship Management**- Maintain and expand a network of key contacts in the healthcare sector, including decision-makers in executive and financial areas.
- Attend events, fairs, and sector meetings to strengthen the company’s positioning and generate new commercial opportunities.

**Healthcare System Knowledge**- Detect business opportunities related to regulatory changes or sector trends.

**Achievement of Objectives**- Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor the commercial pipeline and report progress periodically to the Commercial Management area.

**Required Competencies and Skills**

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the healthcare sector, preferably in selling technological solutions, services, or products related to administrative or financial management.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Extensive knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, particularly the administrative and financial processes of providers.
- Experience in consultative sales and managing short-cycle commercial processes.

**Competencies and Skills**
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- **Network of Contacts**: Established relationships with executives and financial leaders in healthcare institutions.
- **Communication**: Ability to clearly and convincingly convey the value of RCM solutions.
- **Time Management**: Focus on prioritizing activities and ensuring efficient closings.
- **Results Orientation**: Proactive approach with a strong focus on achieving commercial goals.

This position requires residence in Bogota or Medellín due to its hybrid nature
