**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to homeowners, sharing the benefits of solar energy and encouraging them to make the switch
- Schedule **consultations** with our solar experts, ensuring high-quality customer interactions
- **Achieve and exceed** sales goals through effective communication and persuasion
- Work closely with **sales consultants** to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **2+ years of experience** in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- **Fluency in English** (Spanish is a **plus**)
- **Excellent verbal and negotiation skills**, with a persuasive sales approach
- A **competitive mindset** and the ability to **thrive** in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- **Self-motivated and resilient**, able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
- **Remote-ready setup** - A **reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection** are required

**Work Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday** from **11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST**
