**Some of your responsibilities will be**:
Creates all documentation required for cargo export according to established guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- Collect payments from customers,
- Update SharePoint with new information about the payment process.
- Assure customers are having all paperwork and documents needed.
- Ensures communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstanding among parties.
**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:
- Desirable experience in administrative fields, back office or import and export, foreign trade, or related. Internship experience will also be taken into account.
- Language: B2+ English proficiency, with good english skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
**Perks**:
- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
