As a **Back Office Specialist,** you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Collect payments from customers.
- Update SharePoint with new information about the payment process.
- Assure customers are having all paperwork and documents needed.
- Ensures communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstanding among parties.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**: Desirable experience in administrative fields, back office, accounting, billing, collections, foreign trade, logistics or related. Internship experience will also be taken into account.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ is preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (We work by the American calendar).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Barranquilla, this position will be on-site.
- **Salary**: $2.200.000 COP.
