As a **Back Office Specialist**, you will have the objective of supporting tasks related to our client's operational processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Update the TMS (Transport Management System) daily, which is the tool that shows the availability of drivers according to the information they provide us.
- Call the drivers that appear on the TMS as available for the current day or for previous days (around 300 calls a day).
- Document each call in a report.
- Enter the driver's ¨profile¨ in the TMS and update the date for which they are available, place of departure and preferred destination, depending on what the driver indicates.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**: Experience in customer service, back office, logistics or working for an north american company.
- **Language**: Good English skills. B2+ is preferred.

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: This position will be **remote **in Medellín, Bogotá or Barranquilla.
- **Salary**: $ 2.200.000 COP.
