We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base.
As a Sales Manager at Hired Experts you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. You will work closely with our legal team to understand our services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Your role will involve:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients through different marketing providers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a managerial role within a call center or sales environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve high performance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of call center operations, including workforce management, quality assurance, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Desired Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Certification in call center management or leadership.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to drive informed decision-making.
- English Level C1 (mandatory)
- SDR: 4 years (required)
