At

We're looking for a
Sales Manager
— a dynamic, strategic, and people-driven leader who ensures high performance, motivation, and quality across our sales teams.

As the
right hand of our Sales Director
, you'll play a key role in leading the daily operation, coaching sales supervisors, and guaranteeing consistent target achievement, especially during weekends and extended shifts. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining alignment, efficiency, and excellence across the entire sales division.


Location:
Bogotá (Full On-site)


Schedule:
Full-time availability, especially on weekends


English level:
Advanced (C1)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the
    Sales Supervisors team
    , ensuring KPI compliance and a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, maintaining motivation, focus, and real-time issue resolution on the sales floor.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identifying deviations and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Ensure all sales meet
    quality and policy standards
    , in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Workforce Management and Quality Assurance
    to optimize staffing, monitoring, and real-time performance.
  • Act as the
    operational leader during weekends and shifts
    when the Sales Director is not present.
  • Provide continuous
    training and development
    to supervisors and agents, strengthening closing techniques and commercial discipline.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience
    leading high-performance sales teams in
    call centers
    (inbound & outbound).
  • Proven experience managing supervisors, optimizing KPIs, and scaling high-volume operations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities in real time.
  • Flexibility and commitment to full-time, on-site work — including weekends.
