- Your responsibilities and tasks:

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and/or requests.
- Manage customer purchase orders in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and novelties.
- Prepare offers based on customer needs.
- Record daily activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Record daily activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Proactively follow up on open offers, orders, warranties, and support wit invoicing and backlog.

Your profile and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline (electronic, mechanical, etc.)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in after-sales or service departments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP.
- Have industrial refrigeration knowledge about the full refrigeration cycle.
- Experience in working with ammonia (CO2) and F-gasses.
- Sales of: Spare part, Service contracts (SLA’s), Field Service (preventive, corrective and predictive) and Retrofit projects.
- The Service Sales engineer must be able to advice customers what service must be done to the refrigeration installation.
- Required languages: English B2.
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal, able to work with individuals (internal and external) across a wide range of levels, functions, brands and cultures.
- Prioritizes customer needs, establishes effective relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders.
- The ability to exert influence on his / her customers by conviction, persuasion and negotiation.
- Can implement delegated tasks effectively, whilst maintaining involvement and responsibility for outcomes.
- The ability to gain high levels of trust from customers and to predict customer and competitor actions.
- Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.
