Embracing the ethos of "All Owns All," "Let No Team Member Fail," and "Integrity Before Profit," Core fosters a culture of unwavering commitment to excellence. **Location**: Barranquilla / Bogota (On-site) **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Making outbound calls to create and sustain carrier partnerships - Source on lanes/regions that are frequently ran by Core Logistics Brokerage’s customers - Negotiating with carriers in order to cover loads for customer - Tracking loads (from dispatching to paperwork collection-“life of the load”) - Maintaining high level of knowledge of lane trends and operators - Advising pricing team and account managers if you notice changing of pricing or carrier availability differences - Ensure your region’s loads are covered by end of day and through the next day 11am Eastern - Involve your carrier network on RFQ/RFP’s in order to secure contract and consistent coverage - Sourcing spot market coverage and pricing to assist with load procurement for account managers and pricing - Vetting Carriers on inbounds to ensure they are appropriate for our customer’s needs (using carrier411, FMCSA Safer, etc) - Be the key leader in resolving coverage, breakdown, and carrier professionalism/SOP violations (Main point of contact for the carrier)ased. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. - English C1 or above level mandatory. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels. - Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience **(Carrier sales)** with a proven track record of success. - Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude. - Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills. **INCENTIVES**: - Industry-leading Salary + Bonusses program - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends OFF) - Contract type: Permanent. - Driven by US Calendar - 2 Weeks Paid Vacation Annually - Encouraging and Collaborative Team Environment **Please Note**: To ensure a thorough review process, we kindly request that all CVs be submitted in English.
