- **Work Schedule**:_Full-Time | 40 hours per week | EST (flexible by +/- 2 hours)
- **Salary Range**:_ US$1200 to US$1500 per month (depending on skills and experience)

Our client brings European luxury to homes across the United States. Their product range includes hot tubs, fire pits, cold plunges, saunas, and steam rooms, delivered with a focus on simplicity and customer satisfaction. Our client prioritizes customer experience, making every step, from selection to installation, seamless.

We are looking for a Growth Marketer with Spanish Bilingual skills to lay the foundations of strategic marketing and operational excellence of the business. You will have the opportunity to work with an energizing, compassionate team to drive great impact and gain exposure to all company functions.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Strategic Marketing**:

- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Collaborate across teams for flawless operational processes.
- Optimize and refine marketing processes for efficiency.

**Project Management**:

- Lead marketing projects with precision and timeliness.
- Coordinate internally and externally to hit project milestones.

**Data-Driven Decision Making**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key metrics.
- Translate insights into refined marketing strategies for stellar campaign performance.

**Content Management**:

- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging content.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain our distinctive brand voice.

**Requirements**:
Outside of your Spanish-speaking skills, which are a must, we index more on your experience and hustle than on anything else:

- Must have a higher-educational degree or equivalent.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience with marketing or similar roles
- Must embrace the entrepreneurial spirit; aspire to play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing startup.
- Excitement to work with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to process development.
- 100% commitment. This role is NOT fit for some people with a side hustle or looking for part-time opportunities.
