**Role: Web Designer & Digital Marketing Associate**

**Work schedule**: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Eastern Time

**Type of Contract**: Independent Contractor

**Salary Range**:up to 2,000 USD per month

**About the Role**:
Our client is looking for a Web Design & Digital Marketing Associate to join their team. They are excited to work with a proactive individual who is passionate about social media and digital marketing to help take their online presence to the next level.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Website & CMS Management**: Be the go-to person for managing and creating content on WebFlow. This includes designing and publishing new pages, as well as editing and maintaining existing content.
- **Creative Content Creation**: Develop eye-catching visual assets for blog posts, presentations, sales enablement materials, ebooks, and white papers. Source relevant creative assets using online resources like Envato Elements.
- **Multimedia Design & Editing**:Utilize a variety of design tools like Canva, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and others to design and edit multimedia content such as photos, videos, PDFs, and more.
- **Content Compilation**:Compile and edit written content from various online resources, ensuring it is aligned with company brand messaging and tone. On occasion, may also be asked to draft original content.
- **Digital Marketing Analytics (preferred but not required)**: Work alongside the sales and growth team to monitor website traffic and content performance. These insights will be used to inform future marketing strategies and enhance our client’s online presence.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of US communication styles
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and navigate ambiguity
- Proactive and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-work environment
- A passion for social media and digital marketing
- Creativity and a knack for innovative thinking
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
