Influencer & Affiliate Marketer

Scorp Inc. is a fast growing social media start up based in Istambul and San Francisco. We created a number of mobile applications, including the "world´s most genuine social media network Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide, the Scorp app has successfully re defined the social media network in Turkey. Now we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users We are an organization committed to results and to the development of our work teams.

We're looking for a Freelance Influencer & Affiliate Marketer to drive streamer acquisition and user growth through influencer partnerships, affiliate-style recruitment, and performance-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands the creator economy, affiliate marketing dynamics, and growth funnels, and can turn relationships, content, and referrals into measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish original content to promote Scorp apps and attract new streamers and creators.
• Actively recruit streamers and creators through affiliate-style outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator communities
• Identify high-potential streamer profiles aligned with our apps, monetization models, and target audiences.
• Onboard new creators and guide them through initial activation and growth stages
• Represent Scorp in online and offline creator spaces, events, and communities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to align campaigns and acquisition strategies.
• Track and report performance metrics such as:
• Streamers onboarded
• Activation and retention rates
• Content performance
• Revenue or monetization impact (when applicable)
• Continuously optimize acquisition approaches based on results and insights
• Stay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, live streaming, and social platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator growth, or performance-based acquisition.
• Background as an influencer, creator, streamer, or talent manager is a strong plus.
• Understanding of affiliate or referral-based growth models.
• Ability to work with KPIs, performance tracking, and growth targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Results-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Advanced English (required)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in tech, mobile apps, live streaming, gaming, or entertainment platforms
• Existing network of streamers, creators, or agencies in LATAM
• Experience managing or participating in affiliate or referral programs
• Familiarity with creator monetization models
