**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Reports To**: Owner
**Job Summary**:
Most important is to be good on computer and work with google drive.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Manage and organize daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Greet visitors and provide general support to them.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Organize and schedule conference calls, webinars, and other events.
- Manage calendars for management team members.
- **Document Management**:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Clerical and Administrative Tasks**:
- Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform data entry, update records, and maintain accurate databases.
- Assist in the preparation of department budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable.
- **Communication**:
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the management team.
- **Other Duties**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events or functions.
- Support other staff with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time or Part Time position.
- Office-based role and traveling, if required.
- Fast-paced environment that may require working under tight deadlines.
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative: 3 years (preferred)
