**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish & English | Real Estate Focus)**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist** who is fluent in both **Spanish and English** and has proven experience recruiting within the **real estate industry**. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate-related positions and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent across multiple regions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle** for real estate and corporate roles
- Conduct **screening and interviews in both Spanish and English**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand real estate hiring needs and role requirements
- Create and post compelling job descriptions and job ads
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for real estate positions
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
- Provide recruitment reports and hiring updates

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a **Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter**:

- **Mandatory experience recruiting for real estate roles** (e.g., agents, brokers, property managers, leasing, real estate marketing, operations, admin, etc.)
- **Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)**:

- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
- Experience recruiting internationally or for remote roles
- Experience hiring for high-volume or fast-growing real estate teams
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
