What we are looking for:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the end-to-end recruitment and selection process across the organization. This role goes beyond simply filling open positions—it plays a strategic part in building a strong talent pipeline that aligns with the company's culture and long-term objectives.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying and engaging top talent through diverse sourcing strategies, managing and optimizing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. The specialist also partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment plans.

Additionally, the role involves analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement, enhance hiring efficiency, and strengthen employer branding initiatives. By balancing operational execution with a consultative approach, the Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes directly to the growth, innovation, and competitiveness of the organization.

What would you be doing:

1. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to gain a deep understanding of the specific requirements and responsibilities for each open role.
2. Design and implement tailored, comprehensive recruitment strategies for each position, outlining clear steps and timelines to identify, attract, and onboard the ideal candidate.
3. Leverage your network and deep industry experience in technology, product, and other areas to proactively source and engage top-tier talent.
4. Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify high-potential candidates.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing regular updates, constructive feedback, and ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Guide and advise Hiring Managers on best practices for conducting effective interviews, evaluating candidates, and making data-driven hiring decisions.
8. Facilitate post-interview debriefs and ensure an efficient feedback-sharing process across stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with the Marketing team to showcase Cobre's unique culture, values, and career opportunities.
10. Continuously improve and innovate the candidate experience, leaving a lasting positive impression on everyone who interacts with our team.

What do you need:

• You bring 3+ years of experience in recruiting for B2B Fintechs.
• You have the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time.
• You have proven track record in active sourcing and the ability to come up with new ideas for creative search techniques.
• You bring outstanding and clear communication skills and you are able to build lasting relationships with your hiring teams and candidates
• You are authentic, empathetic and well structured in your way of work
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools (Greenhouse, Brighthire, Kamsa)
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection optimization.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
