Your Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following across Microsourcing Colombia.

Sourcing

• Execute various lead-generating activities to fulfill open requirements; strategies include innovative referral programs, university and industry partnerships, partnering with talent providers, and other non-traditional sourcing strategies; post job ads on different job portals; ensure accuracy and completeness of postings
• Monitor applications submitted on all sourcing channels; collaborate with Recruitment Operations Management to ensure all leads are accounted for
• Proactively pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client's workforce plans
• Develops detailed project plan documentation to guide execution and identify dependencies; submits post-implementation evaluation reports to stakeholders
• Prepares channel analysis reports
• Represent the Talent Acquisition Team in all New Hire Orientations to promote Beepo's Referral programs
• Prepares end-of day and week-on-week reports; prepares referral incentive reports for disbursement
• Attend recruiter calibration at least once a week and ensure alignment to client's requirements
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the growth of organization

Recruitment Operations

• Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions to him/her. Requisitions may primarily consist of non-complex to complex roles for contact center rank and file positions such as but not limited to CSR, Sales, TSR, Data Entry, and Collections agents.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking
• Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure to meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position
• Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
• Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
• Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
• Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile
• Facilitates the hand-off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)
