**Role Objective**:

- You will support the Rappi Ads Commercial Director leading the Commercial Ops and Planning workstream, discovering and driving performance improvements across the sales organization and building the foundation for it to scale. This will include building and executing go-to-market playbooks, revenue optimization, strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, process redesign, product roadmap and launches, resource allocation and pipeline analytics. You'll work at the intersection of our sales, customer success, operations, product, and analytics teams
- Your team will build the infrastructure to support our ad sales teams and provide them with scalable processes to help accelerate advertiser acquisition and retention

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Discover opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness at every level of the sales and sales operations process
- Coordinate with local Ads and restaurants commercial teams to ensure key input metrics are being executed
- Help design and lead the implementation of the defined go-to-market strategy through direct and local teams, enriching it continuously with their feedback
- Design and develop tools, systems and processes to closely monitor sales activity
- Coach, mentor and develop the Commercial Ops & Planning team
- Sit at the intersection between Ad Ops and Ad Sales, translating business strategies and goals into impactful sales plans. You’ll partner with Ad sales leadership to provide data-supported recommendations on all things sales.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency engaging with a variety of internal partners, ability to build trust and collaborate with those teams
- You’re entrepreneurial - You have a bias towards action, an ownership mentality and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- You’re gritty - You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful
- Track record of designing, implementing and optimizing efficient sales processes that drive impact
- You have 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business development, operations, or consulting; direct management experience, high-growth startup or sales ops experience is preferred

- Advanced english
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and be able to work with little supervision while still finishing assigned work.
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way
